Abstract

An on-field test method is enhanced for the thermal performance evaluation of medium size reflector paraboloidal solar dish concentrator is proposed. This method is based on the solar energy incident on the paraboloidal reflector and same is transferred to collector, thermal performance, heat gain and heat losses including conduction, convection and radiation losses.
