Abstract

One of the major threats that human race is confronted with is its own burgeoning numbers. It is not just the rise but the rate at which is growing. It is alarming to say the least. Contraception therefore can be looked upon as a tool for controlling the threat in the best possible manner. This has also been appreciated by World Health Organisation which has endorsed the concept of reproductive health.
