Abstract

The angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) [ 1 ] provides the cellular doorways to covid virus to spread infection in human cells. The structural evolution [ 2 ] depicts that the coronavirus consists of MENS (membrane, envelope, nucleocapsid and spike proteins). The spike glycoprotein invades ACE2, to disturb renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) mechanism [ 3 ]. It will disrupt the normal regulation and functions of the cells. It may lead to increased blood pressure, inflammation, tissue injury, damage to blood vessel linings and other severe abnormalities. At this stage, the body immediately needs proper medication.
