Abstract

Human resources are the energies, skills, talent and knowledge of people which can be applied to the production of goods or the rendering of useful services. Thus, the term "human resources" connotes man in relationship to the work and such work involves producing things and providing services of all kinds in the social, political, cultural and economic development of the nations. This approach to national development is people oriented, though it does not presume to encompass the full range of human ambitions or endeavor. Every human being work to live, this is one of the reality. At the same time, every human being is having some skills, experiences and potential to work in one or other organization, because of which, the man is called as the creator of al organizations.
