Abstract

This study was about the Employee Engagement of self-financing colleges with special reference tto Pathanamthitta District. The need and significance of the study is to analyze the engagement of the college faculties generally working in the private colleges. In this research, the objectives of the study was to understand the influence of employee engagement on job satisfaction, commitment, reward and recognition, organizational support and also to study the significant differences between Employee Engagement among gender.
