Abstract

Organic foods are preferred by the majority of people in today's society. Organic food is purchased with the intention of leading a healthy lifestyle. Organically cultivated and processed agricultural products include fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy products, and meat. Soil and water conservation, as well as pollution reduction, are all benefits of organic farming. Organic foods are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, insecticides, or herbicides, and they are not genetically engineered. Many people prefer to grow organic food in their own gardens because organic foods are typically 20 per cent more expensive than regular meals.
