Abstract

Water is the one of the essential element for food industry and mostly all food industry use large amount of water at different stages like washing cooking of food ingredients, for cooling, washing, cleaning the vessels, floor etc. Toilets and hand washing stations also need significant quantities of water. Good quality potable water is essential throughout the food and catering. So efficient and effective use of water leads to the success of the food industries.
