Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of yoga training on physiological characteristics of college going girls. Another purpose was to improve the physiological level of Undergraduate girls. 35 subjects were selected randomly from BA first year from AKPPG College Khurja, UP. Standard and progressive matrices organizational physiological variables (lungs capacity, vital capacity, blood pressure and pulse rate) were measured for assessment of yoga training program.
