Plants are the store house of natural products which has been exploited by human beings from several years round the globe. Natural products extracted from plants are gaining importance due to their easy availability, affordability and less side effects than synthetic drugs. Tinospra cordifolia is a shrub which is used traditionally to cure various ailments. It has various medicinal properties due to presence of natural products. This review article compiles the therapeutic values, chemical constituents and the traditional uses of the plant.
