Abstract

Gas sensors are frequently used for process control and safety monitoring in residential buildings, workplaces, and mines since they are able to detect flammable, explosive, and hazardous gases. ZnO is one of the most potential candidates for gas sensor due to its excellent thermal and chemical stability, affordable cost, and admirable gas responses.
